This was the first time being in this store. I remember when it was being built. There was a grand opening with a steer in the front, in a cage where people were taken pictures with it. I was sitting in my vehicle at the red light. A young man standing there getting his picture taken and the bull charged him at the fence. I laughed so hard. It was hilarious. You have a great store and very clean.

I go to tractor supply on a regular basis because I own ducks and they are the only place in town that has duck feed, and basically anything you need for a duck. (which i also purchased from tractor supply 3 years ago) and every single time I go there it is a very pleasurable experience. Every single employee I have ever come in contact with there has always been extremely hospitable, knowledgeable, and very polite and helpful. My husband, son and I were just in there last night, and our car battery died in their parking lot, and the very kind young man that rang us up actually went out of his way to give our battery a jump start so we could make it home safely. (Tractor Supply in Warner Robins) this store definitely deserves an award for top notch customer service, and quality merchandise. Great place all around!!

Hate to even give it a star , its not worth any star at all I love down the street from this store so its convenient im actually in this store pretty often , with that being said I've never not one time ever been greeted or spoken to period after coming in the store , never ask if I needed help or anything , dont know it im the wrong ethnicity group or gender , but Ive seen the workers in this store literally greeted an played with a dog that came in the store with a customer before me , atleast to I was in there late last week before closing an I believe her name was chelsea greeted me which was finally refreshing .... definitely will not be coming back ill just drive a few more miles down the street to Walmart, lowes, or home depot that always have time to atleast greet.....

I was greeted quickly by a salesperson! However, as a Roadie driver the process needs to be consistent. Every time I pickup a delivery it seems like the process is different, and different at other stores. Sign the paper, don't sign the paper, need you name don't need your name, go to the storage shed to get the items or wait in the store. There needs to be a written policy for the employees to follow at the store and surrounding stores. Other than that I enjoy going to Tractor Supply for purchases.

Due to the fact that I live 17 miles from this particular tractor supply, which is the closest one to my home, I shop here often. I have about 30 chickens give or take 10 or so.( chicken.) I usually have to load my own chicken feed into my vehicle because they act like they’re so busy helping others or in the back. I’ve asked for help and had them come out only to help someone else that is younger and white. Since then they have hired new people And it’s a hit or miss whether or not you’re going to get someone with an attitude. Yesterday I went in to buy myself and my aunt one of those 6 foot tall aluminum chickens for displaying in the yard. I had originally asked for three of them, but when I got to the register, I had the ticket off of two of them so I purchased the two that I had and figured I would come back for the other later . After purchasing the chickens, a young woman put them in a separate buggy each and brought them out to the car. When I got home, I realized they both had indented the front chest part of these huge aluminum chickens which I try to push back out, but it’s awkward and wouldn’t work right. My aunt was not happy about her chicken being dented, but still
